Our Classes

Sound Baths

Sound baths are a tonic for the nervous system, creating deep rest and a state of peace. A sound bath is like a yoga class for your energetic body and nervous system. In a sound bath, you lay down in savasana as the sound waves of carefully selected instruments wash over you, signaling to your nervous system that it is time to rest and renew. When your body is at rest, it can do what it does best- focus on healing and rejuvenation. A 45 minute sound bath can be equivalent to 3 hours of sleep as the sounds entrain the brainwaves to delta and theta brainwave frequencies. Class might include gentle breathwork and light movement to prepare the body and mind to receive the sounds.

Intentionally selected instruments include Grotta Sonora Gongs, Crystal Tones Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, BioSonics Tuning Forks & Koshi Chimes.

Family Night Sound Bath

Finally, a sound bath for the whole family. Kids get a chance to play instruments and be included as an integral part of the class.
We find it incredibly important for kids to have access to the same healing modalities as adults do.  Kids 16 and under are free with parent membership or drop-in.  No drop and dash parents - stay with the kiddos and let yourself relax :)
Come on out and have a fun time while finding deep relaxation!
Wear comfy clothes and even bring a stuffed animal if you wish.

Kundalini Yoga & Sound Bath

Kundalini yoga focuses on awareness and energetic shifts. Physical postures, breathing practices and chanting are used to positively impact the flow of energy in the body. This practice is for all ages and abilities. Class may include a combination of dynamic and still postures, with an emphasis on being a witness to your experience. Class includes a sound bath savasana.

Benefits of this class include releasing stress and energetic/emotional tension, increase immunity, improve respiratory function, give your nervous system a tune-up and give the body and mind a deep rest and reset in savasana.

Slow Flow & Sound Bath

Mindful movement set to the pace of your breath is the foundation of Slo Flow. Slow does not mean easy. In fact, slowing down can challenge your mind and body as you are invited to focus on the breath, stay in postures for enough time to observe the flow of energy they create and make your practice a moving meditation. Let all the work integrate with a blissful savasana sound bath. This class is for all levels.

Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath

A chill pill with no negative side effects. Restorative yoga uses ample props for maximum comfort and support. Restorative yoga offers a gentle and soothing way to access more ease and peace in the body and mind. Let tension unwind and melt away as you rest in feel good postures while you are bathed in the sounds of crystal bowls, gongs, tuning forks and more.

This class is the perfect antidote to the go-go-go pace of a modern lifestyle.

Strong Flow + Sound Bath

Strong flow invites you to challenge yourself with advanced postures. This does not mean fast. The practice is still informed and led by the breath with plenty of options and guidance to take your poses to the next level. This class is perfect if you want to explore and play with variations of traditional postures and give yourself a challenge. Class concludes with a sweet sound bath savasana to integrate the work and balance it with deep rest.

Somatic Breathwork Journey

This 45-minute breathwork class is about creating space within our being and cultivating a deeper relationship with the breath and body. This breathwork class offers the opportunity to slow down, nourish ourselves through the restorative power of the breath, and elevate our state of being. Robert will guide participants through various breathwork practices that energize, cleanse, and balance the mind, body, and soul. While this class offers advanced breathing techniques, beginners are welcome. Participants must be in good general health to attend.

Yin + Yoga Nidra + Sound Bath

This class is a bundle of bliss. It’s the ultimate treat for your body, nervous system, subtle energy and consciousness. Yin yoga consists of gentle and meditative floor-based postures that are held for several minutes. Props are used to support the body to create an accessible practice for all. Yin yoga is calming to the nervous system, supports deep release of connective tissues and helps improve the flow of subtle energy throughout the body’s pathways or meridians. After opening up the pathways of the body you will be guided through a yoga nidra meditation, a rotation of consciousness inducing a ‘yogic sleep’ a deep meditative space between wakefulness and sleeping where you can access the subconscious parts of your mind.

Class concludes with a blissful sound bath savasana, creating a complete and restful practice.

Benefits of this class include better sleep, improved energy and mood, increased flexibility and a decrease in muscle tension and mental stress.

Qi Gong

Qi means breath or life force energy. Gong means skill or expertise. In the Qigong classes you will learn the skill to use your breath to bring wellness to your body, mind and spirit.

Through energizing movements we will activate the Qi within us and connect with universal energy as well. Movement of the bio electrical energy  is vital for health and longevity. Through a series of gentle movements and conscious breathing, we will open up the pathways for Qi to circulate throughout our bodies. The class will focus on the Five Elements of Chinese Medicine, The Three Tan Tiens of mind, heart and body, as well as overall balance, flexibility, strength,  and tranquility as practiced for centuries. Qi Gong is the oldest form of Chinese medicine and it s benefits are profound.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is the foundation of all yoga asana practices. In this class expect to hold classical postures for longer than usual. A slower pace builds endurance, strength, patience and internal heat. Class may include pranayama, sun salutations, twists, backbends, forward bends, gentle inversions and of course savasana.

Gentle Movement and Meditation

This class is devoted to exploring a multitude of meditation techniques from various traditions to connect deeper to one’s self. There are many forms of meditation such as sitting, breathing, guided imagery, movement, and chanting mantras. Each form of meditation can bring unique benefits such as relaxation, mental clarity, and elevated mood. Students will first be guided through gentle movement to release stress, feel more present in their bodies, and prepare for a meditation experience. Students will also receive tips regarding practical self-care concepts from the instructor who has dual training as a psychotherapist and meditation/yoga instructor.

This class provides students a weekly anchor to quiet the mind, feel grounded, and get inspired to implement healthy daily practices.

This class is open to all levels, abilities, and body types. No experience is required.

Reiki Sound Bath

Take in the sounds, vibrations and Reiki energy during this afternoon power hour . “Rei” means universal, and “ki" means life force energy. Reiki is an ancient Japanese form of energy healing that involves channeling universal life force energy through a light or no touch method through the practitioner's hands. The sound frequencies from singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments have a remarkable ability to gently ease your body into a state of restoration, working in harmony with your body’s innate self healing system. The addition of Reiki enhances this experience further leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
