In this training you will learn & practice:

Meditation, Mantra, Pranayama, Sound Healing, Anatomy, Chakras & Subtle Energy,

Vinyasa, Hatha, Kundalini, Restorative, Yin, Yoga History, Philosophy, Mythology & Ayurveda


Sound Energy Yoga is yoga at its core- all eight limbs of it, including breath, movement, meditation, awareness and so much more. Everything is energy. Everything has its own vibration. We are individual human instruments, getting out of tune and back in tune.

This training is hands on, you will learn by doing. No one wants to be lectured at all day. 

Grounded in practice and experience-

This training is intentionally spread out over 9 weekends over 7 months so that you have time to digest, embody and refine the learning from each weekend. 

You will create a daily sadhana practice to complete on your own in between each weekend’s trainings. These will be bite-size, doable practices. Consistency and personal practice are key. 

The information will be embedded into the physical practices, allowing our muscle memory and cellular memory to aid in the retention of the information. 

If you’re a study geek like me though- no worries! You will have a detailed workbook, texts and other resources to refer to, study and take in slowly between each time we meet.

A practice is sound when it is grounded in science and experience. 

Sound is also vibration. Vibration is energy. 

We use all facets of yoga- asana, pranayama, mantra and more to influence, purify and optimize the energy and energetic centers of the body. 

In addition to practicing, learning and teaching asana (yoga postures) you will also learn how to use instruments as part of your practice and be able to successfully lead sound baths as a part of this training. 

The purpose of yoga is not to have a fit body, it is to have an aware mind and open heart. 

A fit body is a side benefit ! 😉

Schedule & Overview

Each weekend will include guided & embodied practice of asana, pranayama, mantra, mudra and meditation. You will dive into teaching postures from weekend 1. Anatomy, philosophy and ayurveda are weaved holistically into each session. Practices include hatha, restorative, vinyasa, yin & kundalini.

Each session includes sound healing & playing with instruments.

Dive into the root chakra, learn bones & anatomy of the legs, discuss Koshas & Yamas. Practice & teach standing postures. Learn about & play gongs.

Explore the sacral chakra, element of water and flow. Learn about the niyamas and how to use acoustic tuning forks. Get into the hips.

Tap into your inner fire at the solar plexus. Learn about the digestive system and organs in the belly. Explore the core and breath of fire. Build internal heat and self-discipline.

Listen to the heart center. Learn about the respiratory & circulatory systems. Practice and teach backbends. Learn about & play alchemy crystal singing bowls.

Use the healing power of your voice! Experience Bhakti yoga and chanting at a deeper level. Work with the anatomy of the neck.

Dive deeper in a meditative practice focusing on intuition and inner listening. Explore yoga nidra and subtle energy.

Practice longer meditations. Focus on intention setting and ceremony and ritual as part of teaching. Lead a group meditation.

Step into your teaching power as you lead longer sequences and give a sound bath to the group.

    By learning the foundations of individual asanas you can apply your learning to many forms of yoga practice including vinyasa, hatha, yin, restorative and kundalini.

  • A: It takes practice and repetition to become skillful in your practice and in guiding others safely.

    Having between weekends gives space and time for personal practice, reflection and growth to occur. This is how we will start to fully embody the practice. The group energy also helps support the journey for everyone as well all hold each other accountable and offer support and encouragement throughout the time together.

Your tuition includes the cost of any required workbooks and texts, breakfast & lunch during every training day, plenty of practice time with feedback and guidance.  During the course of the training you also get a free membership to Let’s Get Tuned Sound & Yoga Studio, a value of $1,008. 

I’m Natalie and I can’t wait to dive deep into the world of yoga with you! Practicing yoga since high school, initially being drawn to the practice for the physical benefits. When I completed my first 200 hour YTT I fell in love with the meditative practices of yoga and yoga philosophy. I love teaching and I love learning! I have been a school teacher since 2008, I currently still teach for an online public charter school. As a curriculum writer and educator, it is my hope that I have created a yoga training that is engaging, accessible, informational but not overwhelming, and most of all fun and relevant! Yoga is not just about the poses we do on the mat- that is the tip of the iceberg. The transformational part of yoga comes from our own personal growth we experience through the practices and experiencing how this impacts every part of our lives for the better- our relationships, our life choices, how we engage with the world and show much more.
