Sobriety Workshop: Fostering Self Compassion with Kundalini Yoga

Integrate the power of Kundalini yoga to foster self compassion and self love using breathwork, movement, meditation and chanting. Together we’ll delve into traditional Kundalini kriyas and learn about the effects they have on the energetic body, our heart center, and more specifically how chanting can improve gray matter in the brain. 

This workshop is tailored to individuals that live a life free from alcohol and are in recovery. Whether you are on day 1 or day 1,000 all are welcome! No experience with Kundalini yoga necessary.

Please bring a yoga mat, pen, journal, water bottle and whatever else you need to be comfortable. Consider wearing clothing made of all-natural fibers in light or white colors as a suggestion, but not necessary.
